A builder who owns the whole stack.
From cryptographic backends to brand systems, I build the thing and the system around it.
The short version
I'm Kasey Schram, a founder in Philadelphia.
Right now I'm building MemoryIntelligence™, a patent-pending memory layer that hands people back ownership of their own data. Before this I spent years building and shipping inside large organizations, engineering the data architecture and the trust and governance controls that made ambitious AI actually usable, and adopted, at scale.
Across all of it, I do one thing. I take something amorphous, a memory, a claim, an idea, a brand promise, and give it structure, provenance, and a receipt, so it becomes real and someone else can trust it without taking my word for it.
What I believe
Good technology and ethical technology were never in conflict.
Data is becoming the most valuable thing in the world, and most people will never see a dollar of it, because they gave it away to systems that were never designed to give it back. I don't think that's inevitable. A few convictions guide how I build.
It's the thing everything else gets built on, not a feature you pay extra to unlock.
Your data should fingerprint your work so you always know where it came from and who it belongs to.
That's not a trade-off. It's a design requirement.
Not just founders. Teachers, teams, schools, anyone making things deserves infrastructure that works for them instead of the other way around.
How I work
I build the framework before the artifact, and I'm honest about what's real. I'll tell you what's shipped, what's a prototype, and what's still a hope, because a portfolio that oversells is worthless, and I'd rather show you the working thing than claim a number.
I move between strategy and execution, backend and brand, because most real problems don't respect those boundaries. That's why my work looks broad on the surface: a memory-and-provenance backend, a body-care brand told in the language of food, a live comedy show turned into a scoring system real audiences used for a year. Different mediums, one job. Find the idea, build the system around it, keep going until it's real.
