Services
A better way forward starts with understanding the work.
Some teams need clarity on what to fix. Others know the problem and need someone to build the solution. I work on both sides.
Ways of Working
Find the right problems.
A facilitated working session that turns your team’s perspectives into one prioritized list, and a clear next step.
What’s working? What’s a challenge? What’s an opportunity?
You leave with the problems in one place, a decision and an owner for each, and a roadmap set to how you plan.
Technical implementation
Build what the work needs.
For when you already know what needs building. You don’t need the Fix List first.

- Integrations
- Workflow automation
- Custom tools
- Applied AI, where it fits
How I build
Plain automation first. AI only where a rule can’t do it.
A person approves anything AI touches, before it goes anywhere.
Built in your accounts, so you own all of it, with written instructions and a recorded walkthrough.
A few things people ask.
What does it cost?
It depends on the job, so I quote yours rather than guess. If the numbers don’t clearly beat the cost, I’ll tell you not to buy.
How long does it take?
It depends on the work. I’ll give you my honest read on the call.
What if it turns out bigger than we thought?
I’ll say so before you’ve paid anything, not after.
Who owns what you build?
You do. I build everything in your own accounts and tools, so nothing stops working if we stop working together.
Where does AI fit?
I use plain automation wherever a clear rule will do, and AI only where information shows up too messy for a rule, like a client email with four requests buried in it. Whatever the AI drafts, someone on your team approves before it goes anywhere.
Which tools do you work with?
The ones you already have, such as Gmail, Slack, Google Drive and Sheets, Notion, Airtable or your CRM. When a new tool is the right answer, I’ll tell you why before you buy it.
What isn’t included?
Full CRM migrations, complex enterprise integrations, or a promise about your revenue. Software subscriptions, if any are needed, are billed to you directly.
Bring me the thing that keeps breaking.

Kasey SchramYou talk to me, and I build it.
15 minutes. You tell me what keeps breaking, or what’s getting in the way; I ask where it starts, who touches it, and what it costs you. By the end you’ll know whether I can fix it, and what the next step would be. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so.
